Grouse Mountain Lodge

We have reserved a hotel room block at Grouse Mountain Lodge with a discounted rate of $135.00 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees, for a newly renovated standard golf view room. Our wedding room block is for October 16–17, and the discounted rate is also available three days before and three days after the wedding (October 13–15 and October 18–20). To guarantee a room at the discounted rate, guests should book no later than Thursday, July 16. After this date, remaining rooms will be released, and reservations will be based on availability. To receive the discounted rate, please contact the Central Reservations Office and mention the “Kelley St. Pe’ Wedding” when booking. When booking your flight, please fly into Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell, Montana. This is the closest airport to Whitefish and Grouse Mountain Lodge. Plan to arrive with enough time to enjoy the area — we promise it’s worth it! Once you land, getting to the lodge is easy (and stress-free ✨).

Shuttle

Shuttle to Grouse Mountain Lodge

Good news — transportation is included! Grouse Mountain Lodge offers airport shuttle service for guests staying at the lodge. Transportation is coordinated directly through the hotel. Within 48 hours of your arrival, please call the front desk to schedule your arrival pickup. Your pickup details will be added to your hotel reservation. The shuttle will pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to Grouse Mountain Lodge.
