We met at a 30th birthday brunch for mutual friends. It was a long fun day of mimosas & breweries. With the help of a little liquid courage, we hit it off and Dylan asked Caitlin out on an official date that week.
We had plans to go to Scottsdale, AZ for the weekend on Saturday morning for a weekend getaway. Dylan decided to propose the night before our trip so that we would have the weekend to celebrate. He completely caught Caitlin off guard by proposing on a Friday after work in their kitchen with their dog Gus. Complete with flowers, champagne, a gorgeous ring, and a go-pro recording the whole thing, it was the perfect surprise. We then spent the weekend celebrating poolside in the desert.
Well the pandemic kept pushing our wedding out, so we officially tied the knot two years after we got engaged. Courthouse in Colorado on a cold and snowy day made for a memorable day to say I do! We had a small celebration with close friends and family. We can’t wait to finally have our Maine wedding and celebrate with you!
