Montrose Regional Airport

There is one airport in Montrose. Another nearby airport is Telluride, but you will need transportation. You are also able to fly into Colorado Springs or Denver International Airport, but you will also need to rent a car (see rental car information).

To book your reservations, please call the local Front Desk at 970-240-1800, let the agent know you are calling to make a reservation through the Dworsky/Dell Wedding, or book online through the QR code attached to your invitation. This block starts on October 16, 2026, and ends on October 18, 2026. Your reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and must be made by September 16, 2026, to receive the group rate. If reservations are not made by this date, the discounted rate is no longer valid. When booking directly through the hotel, you do get the option to cancel your reservation 24 hours before the date of arrival, to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not cancel your reservation and you do not check into your room, the card on file will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax. Check-in time is at 4 PM. If you need to check in before 4 PM, you are able to book the night before, as we are not always able to accommodate early arrivals. Note, there is NOT shuttle from the airport, please see our note about drivers/Ubers. SunShine Taxi will be available at 970-777-7777 and charges a flat rate of $11 from the airport to/from the hotel, and can be booked up to two weeks in advance. We will have a bus from this hotel to our venue on the day of the wedding and back for our guests.

Shuttle

Shuttle from main hotels to venue.

October 17, 2026 3:15 pm - 10:45 pm

Complimentary shuttle service will be available for guests from the hotels. Shuttles are tentatively scheduled to depart the Holiday Inn at 2:40 PM and the Fairfield at 2:50 PM, with return shuttles leaving the venue at 11:00 PM. Final shuttle times will be confirmed closer to the wedding based on the number of guests using the service. If you plan to arrive after the shuttle departure or leave before the return shuttle, free parking is available at the venue. You're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight, provided it is picked up by 9:00 AM the following morning. Please note that the availability of Uber and Lyft is limited in the area. If you plan to use a rideshare service, we strongly recommend scheduling your ride in advance. We have added two options, including a personal driver and a taxi service.

Taxis/Drivers/Ubers/Lyfts

Ubers/Lyfts are limited. If you are planning to use this service, make sure to schedule ahead of time. Sunshine Taxi can also be hired for transportation, but can only be booked a maximum of 2 weeks in advance, or call as needed, 970-777-7777. We have a private driver, Colin, who will be available as well 24/7 (drives a Sedan, so only 4 people max), but it is first-come, first-served (we will be using him for pick-up from our wedding, so he will NOT be available after the wedding). His number is 970-424-4208, and you can call at any time to arrange a pick-up. He asks that you wait until closer to the date to finalize any pick-up times and mention Zack/Aly wedding. He has a flat rate from the airport to the hotels for $15.
