"Unofficial" Welcome Event

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We do not officially have the space, but we highly recommend this location as a meeting spot for our guests to mingle the night before the wedding. The wedding party will attend rehearsal and join afterward (likely around 8 pm). This location is great, as there is a cocktail bar and different food vendors. Zachary and Alyssa's Wedding

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Country Formal/Classy Country (see FAQ for inspiration)

Please plan to arrive no later than 3:15 PM so that all guests can be seated by 3:30 PM for the ceremony. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony and will feature drinks, appetizers, lawn games, and a fun surprise! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly. Colorado mountain weather in October can be unpredictable, with temperatures ranging from a crisp 30°F to a sunny 70°F. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket for the evening. The reception will be held indoors. Guests will be invited to take their seats at 5:30 PM, followed by speeches, with dinner service beginning at approximately 6:30 PM

Post-Wedding Breakfast, Meet-up and Hike
