When do I need to RSVP?
Answer
We kindly ask everyone to RSVP by August 1st, 2026. This allows us plenty of time to let all our vendors know the final count. If we don't hear from you, we will assume you're bringing a chair and a sandwich.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Country Chic/Classy Country. Ladies think cocktail, midi, or maxi dresses with a country twist. Gentlemen, think button-downs, sport coats, slacks, or dark jeans with dress boots. Cowboy boots are welcomed, but leave those dusty, dirty work boots at home. Cowboy hats and boots are not required! Stating the obvious, please do not wear white. Is there parking on site at the venue?
Answer
Yes! You are more than welcome to rent a car and park at the venue; there is plenty of parking. If you need to, you can also leave your car in the lot but must pick it up before 9 a.m. the following morning. Ubers/Lyfts are limited (see travel page for more information).

What is the weather in the Western Slopes in October?
Answer
As locals say, Colorado weather likes to keep us guessing! October days can be sunny and warm, while evenings may be cool and crisp (sometimes highs of 60° to lows of 30°). We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap and dressing in layers so you're comfortable throughout the celebration. Sunscreen is recommended. The ceremony will be outside unless there is extreme weather, so please plan accordingly.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We can't wait to celebrate with you! While we love all of your little cowboys and cowgirls, our wedding and reception will be an "adults-only" celebration so everyone can relax, kick up their heels, and enjoy the evening. Please note that children of our immediate family and wedding party will be in attendance. If you are traveling with an infant or have questions about bringing a baby, please reach out to us directly, we're happy to discuss individual circumstances. We also understand that many of our guests may choose to turn their trip to Colorado into a family vacation, and we absolutely encourage that! If you plan to bring your children along for the trip, we'd be happy to share information for trusted local babysitters and childcare options for the wedding day.
