FAQs

The Wedding Website of Rebecca Dvorak and John Speier
Question

What did I say in my RSVP?

Answer

Online RSVPs are now closed, but if you need clarification regarding a response you gave for an event, please email us at dvorakspeier2026@gmail.com.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception are cocktail dress code. This typically means a tie & jacket, or a nice dress, anywhere from knee length to maxi length.

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm. Please plan to be seated at least 15 minutes early. Parking is ample but can be confusing, so arrive even earlier if driving yourself to ensure that you can find a spot.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

For the welcome event at Music Box Supper Club, please park in the Windows on the River / Cleveland Aquarium lot that is accessed off of Sycamore St. Note that this lot is paid, but validation codes will be available at the event that you can use to exit this parking lot for free. For the wedding ceremony at St. Malachi, there are multiple parking lots available. Two lots (as well as street parking spots) are accessible off of Superior Viaduct, behind the church. An additional overflow lot, as well as free parallel parking spots, are accessible off of Washington Ave. For the reception, the venue has its own parking lot. The entrance is off of Fairfield Ave.

Question

Will the reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will primarily be held indoors with cocktail hour being both inside and outside. The outside patio area will be open for the duration of the reception, weather permitting. We encourage people to check out the "Cleveland Sign" just a little ways down the cultural trail before or during the cocktail hour.

Question

What am I supposed to do during the break between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Choose your own adventure! The drive/Uber between the ceremony and reception is about 10 minutes. In the gap, you have time to grab a snack, a drink, or even take a nap. W 25th St, Ohio City, and Tremont are all home to many bars, breweries, and cafes. Some of our favorites in the area are Market Garden Brewery, the West Side Market, Mitchell’s Ice Cream, Tabletop Board Game Cafe, and Pins/16-Bit (a combination arcade & duckpin bowling hangout!). See the Things to Do tab for even more ideas if you’re feeling adventurous.

Question

Who am I able to bring with me?

Answer

Your invitation envelope will specify who is invited. You’ll also be able to double check during the RSVP process here on our site, since you will see all of the names of those included in your party. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email us at dvorakspeier2026@gmail.com.
