The Denver Light Rail is an excellent way to get around if you want to avoid using Uber/Lyft, renting a car, or are worried about parking. The Light Rail goes all over Denver & up into Golden. We live 0.9 miles from the 60th/Sheridan-Arvada Gold Strike Stop, and we take it regularly to go into Denver for concerts, baseball games, hockey games, & other events. We recommend downloading the RTD MyRide app & the Denver Transit App as they are helpful to purchase tickets & figure out the best way to navigate from A to B.
