When do I need to submit my RSVP?
Answer
All attending guests should reserve their rooms by 05/24/2025. No money will be required at time of reservation. If you cannot or are uncertain if you can attend, please still RSVP to let us know so we know we did not miss inviting anyone. If you RSVP “Maybe” we will reach out at a later date to confirm for final head count.

How do you calculate the room rates?
Answer
If you are not room sharing please see column labeled "Single" for pricing. If you are sharing a room with 1 other person, see "Double" column. The minimum amount of nights you can stay on the resort is 3 nights. See below example for calculating total room rate. Total= Price per night x Number of nights staying Example: $309 (Jr. Suite Run of the house w/2ppl) x 3 nights (minimum)= $927.00 total per person

When does my trip need to be fully paid?

All monies and final payments should be submitted by February 28, 2026.

Are payment plans an option?
Answer
Payment plans are available for your stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. If you RSVP’d to our wedding you will have received a Welcome letter dated for 5/28/2025 with instructions for next steps.

Do I need to find and book my own flight?
Answer
You will be responsible for booking your own flights to and from Jamaica. Some airlines offer payment plan options directly or through third party services if you’d like to explore this route. Flights should be booked to Montego Bay Jamaica (MBJ).

How much does a passport cost?

$160 for the application fee $35 for acceptance/processing fee

How do I check the status of my passport application?
Answer
1. Visit: https://passportstatus.state.gov 2. Complete the questions to find submitted application with status.

How long does it take for a passport to process?
Answer
It takes 2-8 weeks for your passport application to be processed and mailed back to you.

How do I purchase a wedding gift?
Answer
It is not a requirement to provide a wedding gift. We appreciate anyone who plans to celebrate our union with us in Jamaica. However, if you are unable to attend the wedding or if you would like to still gift us, check out the link in the registry tab or contact us for additional options.

What do I do after I RSVP/reserve my room?
Answer
After room selections are finalized, be sure to check your email for updates regarding travel arrangements. If you left a valid cell phone number, you will be entered into the Wedding group chat where all communications will be relayed.

Are kids allowed to attend the wedding?
Answer
We asked the resort if children are allowed at the ceremony or other wedding activities but unfortunately the resort is an Adults only resort and children 18 years & younger are not allowed on the property.

Do I have to stay on the property?
Answer
No, however 90% of the wedding guests must stay on the property to qualify for the discounted rates. Guest who decide to stay off the property must pay a fee of $100 to the resort and will only have access to the property on the day of the wedding for 5 hours or until 11pm. These passes will be on a first come first serve basis.

How do I make my resort payments?
Answer
