Tap Water: Please remember that it’s not advisable to drink tap water in Mexico. While you can use it to brush your teeth, please avoid ingesting it. Local Street Food: You may come across small, local businesses selling tasty treats. While locals might insist they’re the best, we recommend staying away from these options, as they may not follow the same health standards as restaurants.
As an American citizen traveling to Mexico, you will need: Passport: A valid U.S. passport for entry. Tourist Card: usually provided during your flight or at the border. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/get-fast/passport-agencies.html#Map%20of%20Passport%20Office%20Locations
Daytime highs usually range from 72°F to 81°F, while nighttime lows can drop to around 50°F to 57°F.
At our venue, we often experienced "cool" wind, even in May, so we expect a similar chill in the air as the evening arrives. To ensure your comfort, we suggest bringing a jacket or shawl for when the temperatures drop!
Querétaro is situated at a high elevation of approximately 5,900 feet (1,800 meters). If you're not used to high altitudes, you may experience symptoms such as headaches, nausea, fatigue, or dizziness. To help alleviate these effects, we recommend staying well-hydrated throughout your stay.
All of our events—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—will be held outdoors. To ensure everyone’s comfort, we will have a tarp in place for the reception, regardless of the weather, nothing will stop the party! Pro Tip: Our ceremony will be held on a grassy area, so for your comfort, we suggest opting for wider heels. However, if you feel confident rocking your favorite stilettos, we wholeheartedly embrace your choice. Wear what makes you feel great!
We’d love for our family and friends to dress up for our special day! We kindly request formal attire for the evening. Please, no jeans, t-shirts, sneakers or sandals!
For men, this often includes a suit with a dress shirt and tie. For women, formal attire usually means a long evening gown dress. We kindly ask that guests avoid pastel-colored dresses, as those are reserved for our wedding party. We’d appreciate it if you saved your white dresses for another occasion! Thank you!
We love kids, and a few of our guests have been invited to bring theirs along. We just kindly ask that during our most special moments, like our ceremony and our first dance, little ones stay seated and supervised so everyone can enjoy the moment with us. Thank you so much for being thoughtful!
If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Please RSVP no later than July 25, 2025 using the QR on your invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you're unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Thank you!
We will provide transportation on the wedding day between the hotel and the wedding venue, as well as from the venue back to the hotel. Details regarding the transportation and schedules will be shared with you closer to the date! Additionally, Uber is also available for convenient transportation before and after the wedding day.
We're in talks with local travel agencies to provide the best options, including package deals for anyone interested in exploring the area before or after the wedding. Let us know if you're interested, we'll keep you updated!
During the ceremony, guests are welcome to sit on whichever side of the aisle they prefer! Upon entering the reception, a seating chart will be provided by our wedding planner and staff.
No, due to our choice to have an international wedding, the best gift we could receive is your presence on our big day, as well as the days before and after. We know that traveling can be costly, so asking for a gift just doesn’t feel right.
