FAQs

FAQ's will be updated soon.
Question

If I have any questions, who do I reach out to?

Answer

You can reach out to Dulce or Matthew with any questions. In July, once all RSVPs are confirmed, we’ll be creating a group chat to keep everyone updated on any changes, food details, and other plans. We love to over-communicate (mostly Dulce!), so you can be sure you won’t miss a thing!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Question

If someone on my reservation can’t attend, can I bring someone else in their place?

Answer

We completely understand that plans can change. Because we’re keeping our celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding and for helping us keep this a special and meaningful gathering.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Kindly avoid wearing white or ivory. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses. Our color suggestions are: champagne, petal flush (light pink), and neutral tones.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check out the 'Traveling to Maui' tab to read more about the hotel recommendations.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. We’ve kept our celebration intentionally intimate so we can spend meaningful time with the people we know and love. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! When you RSVP, there will be a question where you can let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We’ll do our best to accommodate and make sure everyone is well taken care of.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available for both the ceremony and reception, which is especially convenient since they will take place at the same venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we won’t be providing transportation to and from the hotels. We do recommend renting a car, as it will be very helpful for getting around Maui and exploring the island. We’re also hoping to set up a group chat closer to the date so guests can coordinate and carpool if they’d like.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We’re excited to plan a few fun activities around the wedding, but we’re waiting until RSVPs are finalized (by July 1st) so we can see what everyone is interested in joining. Everything will be completely optional, as we know some activities can be a bit pricey. One outing we’d especially love to do together is the Maalaea Captain’s Sunset Dinner Sail (optional), which is about $175 per person. We’ll share more details as plans come together in the 'Schedule' tab. We can’t wait to enjoy some extra time with all of you!
