Important Accommodation Information ** PLEASE READ**

** The week prior to the wedding there will be a “Village wide Buy-Out” resulting in a shortage of rooms until Friday. If you are planning to stay in the Village on 9/10 or 9/11 you may have difficulty finding accommodations.** — I have posted a link to make a reservation under the “Duany/Tracy” party this will give you a 20% discount for the participating resorts: The Osprey, The Pines, St. James. Please feel free to use this link when booking. This is their version of a “Room Block.” You may find these rooms for cheaper on other booking websites, feel free to book on those websites. — Even with the “Buy-Out” we have been able to find room reservations around the village for Thursday if you choose to come in Thursday. — In addition to our reservation link, we have a “first come first serve” courtesy room block at the Beaver Creek Lodge. — The closest hotels/condos to the Gondola are: The Osprey, Beaver Creek Lodge, Oxford Condos, St. James Place and Park Hyatt. These are the hotels that we recommend staying at.

Beaver Creek Lodge, Autograph Collection

There is a room block available at a first come first serve basis at $260 a night. Due to the village wide buyout they are only available starting on Friday 9/12/25. Flight

Denver International Airport

Denver is the easiest airport to fly into since there are more flight options. It is about 2.5hours from Beaver Creek so, you will need to either rent a car or take a shuttle from the airport.

Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE)

The closest airport to Vail/Beaver Creek. This is a regional airport so flights will be more expensive. There are some flights from DIA (Denver airport) to EGE.

There are a few options for shuttles from DIA to Beaver Creek. The shuttle rides will be about 3-3.5hours. 1. There is public transportation from Avon. This will take you to one of the parking lots at the base of the mountain. From here, you will be able to use the free shuttle to get up to Beaver Creek Village.
