An event that all of our out of town guests can get together and meet up for the first time! We will be handling the drinks for all but the kitchen will be closed. There will be some chips salsa and guacamole available

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses. Ceremony seating is non-traditional, wear heels you are comfortable walking in. There is a considerably long gravel walk way that you will walk from gondola to the ceremony site. You may want to consider bringing a jacket to the top, temperatures can get into the 40s at night.
We can't wait to see you for our big day! One quick note - the main means of transportation to the venue from the base in Beaver Creek is by gondola or chairlift. You will NOT need to purchase a gondola/lift ticket. The Gondola takes about 13 minutes from bottom to top and there is 1 gondola every 6 chairs (traditional chair lift). Please plan accordingly since you may have to wait in line for your gondola. You may take the chairlift up but you must sign a waiver at the bottom of the lift. Please try and arrive around 4:30 to allow for any complications. *If taking the chairlift you will need to sign a release and cannot bring large bags.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Dinner to be served. Open bar with beer, wine, and spirits.

This will be an opportunity for us to get to say goodbye to all of our guests that made the trip out to see us! Feel free to join for brunch or just to stop bye to say your farewells.
