We generally prefer the Subway - it's generally the most cost-effective and time-efficient. Google Maps is very helpful in letting you know which trains to take where. Cabs, Uber, and Lift are also super common for getting from A to B, especially late night. We're expecting most of our guests to need to Cab/Uber a few times while in town. Driving is possible if you prefer it, but it can be a headache depending on your appetite for traffic. Parking is a pain - getting a spot always takes a bit of luck. Still, you might prefer the flexibility to come and go on your own schedule (vs trying to make a flight or train at a specific time).
Please refer to the Travel tab of this website for our hotel recommendations. You are also free to stay outside of Brooklyn, with options in Manhattan and New Jersey, both of which are easy train rides away from the venue.
Please refer to the Things to Do tab on the website for our recommendations. There are museums, shops, restaurants and bars to explore in Brooklyn or Manhattan. You can even just get a bubble tea and walk around. Seriously, do whatever you want.
Please arrive around 5 PM. Consider street traffic and subway traffic when you're arriving. Reminder that the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM.
We love your kids and they're more than welcome! However, please consider that accommodations are limited so prepare accordingly. If you're RSVPing, please include all of your children who will be attending so we can be prepared on our end.
