I met Brett in 2001 leading a church youth group. We also owned a home theatre business together, and worked in construction for several years. I helped Brett build his home in Everett, WA. Brett has been a huge influence in my life and someone I would call a brother. Brett pursued an opportunity with a high end home theater equipment in LA. Brett still lives in LA with his wife, Elizabeth, and their 2 boys - Maddox and Jackson.
Dominique Buhl

I met Dom in college and we hit if off dancing the night away. We continued our friendship after college when we moved to Portland, trying new hot spots, events, and happy hours. We started traveling all over the world and seeking more adventures. Dom keeps it real with me. Dom has that way of turning a sensitive subject into comic relief. She's super sarcastic, whitty, and always lets me hug her tight even though she's not a hugger. :)
Brandon Arteaga

Brandon and I met in Collage around 2005 when he joined the Human Powered submarine team. We had several classes together and were both in the Mechanical Engineer program. I had the honor of being one of his Groomsmen when he got married. Brandon and I love to talk about the great ideas we have for inventions but will probably never build. Brandon lives in Seattle with his wife, Rachel.
Bree Morken

I call her Breezy, or Breezy Bear. Full of energy and loves to dance! We met working together at a small Production agency in Portland. Bree is from Minnesota, but the PNW has become her home. Although she is doing work in LA at the moment, she is aiming to move back to Oregon. Bree is a loyal and fun-spirited friend. Bree is always game to try new things, and goes with the flow! She has a positive outlook on life and always sees the best in people.
Joseph Schilter

I met Joe when he started going to Eastern Washington as a freshman around 2010 and I was living in Spokane. We both have a love for the outdoors and photography. We have been on many adventures together. Joe ended up moving to Seattle and lived with me for the last couple years. He is now working on his Masters in Central Washington. I still see Joe, and we get to hang out, argue about politics, and talk about what our next adventure is going to be.
Erin Moody

Erin and I met in Middle School in Raleigh, NC. We are night and day. Erin is as sweet as they come. Erin has visited Portland a couple times, and loves Forest Park, especially because she Mastered in Horticulture. Plus, NC doesn't have trees like the PNW. Erin still lives in Raleigh with her husband, Casey, and 3 little boys. Erin is the one who gave me Rugby the Tiger when I left Raleigh to move to Portland. Erin is a talented infant/family photographer.
Dan Schilter

Dan and I met when he started going to Eastern the year after his brothe, Joe started. Dan and Joe would come over to my house and play video games. After he graduated from Eastern with his Mechanical Engineering degree, we became roomates in Vancouver WA. We enjoyed working on our 4Runners, our motorcycles, and playing more video games. He is one of the most open minded people I have ever met and has an inspiring desire to use reason to test his understanding of the universe. Dan is Joe's younger brother and currently is seeking new adventures out of his Mitsubishi Delica van.
Robyn Damkroger

I met Robyn in college around the same time I met Chase. We hit it off right away, continued to hang out, and be silly college students. Robyn got me through a hard time in my life and was the even-keeled girlfriend I needed. Robyn is genuine and a loyal friend. Smart, Witty and a firecracker. Robyn became one of my favorite dancing buddies. Got to stand by Robyn's side when she married Matt. Robyn lives in Portland with her husband Matt and her little boy, Ben - the happiest little guy.
Jeremy Wesley

I met Jeremy on a New Year’s Eve ski trip to Mt. Bachelor in 2012/2013. Jeremy is a super cool guy who is into snowboarding, playing music, audio engineering, photography, Bigfoot, and space aliens. About a year after I moved back to Seattle, he moved to Seattle too. He moved in with me and Joe for a brief time. He spends most of his time master editing audio books and recording bands in the studio. He has a lot of interesting stories and has met most of the famous people you know in LA. He also has a Grammy for doing Betty White’s audio book.
Chase Sbicca

I met Chase in college. Chase has one of the best sense of humors, queen of laughter. She is always making me laugh, and gets the group laughing. A fast friendship bond and continued to grow. She loves her country music, sports, oregon coast, and unicorn frappucino's. Chase also loves Oprah, "She's the best." Chase lives in Portland and works for that little team called 'The Trail Blazers'
Greg Ashe

Greg and I met through work around 2009. We had the same job. I worked out of the Seattle office and he worked out of the Denver office. But later on, Greg moved back for a Sales Engineer position. We spent a lot of time together hanging out with friends, going on ski trips, and travelled to Spain. Greg decided he had enough with the PNW and went on a one year adventure around the world. Greg now lives in Denver, and I still get together about once or twice a year to go skiing or grabbing a beer. Greg is always fun, and you never know what will happen with him!
Jennifer Michels

Jenny is all sorts of funny and spunky. Jenny is the one I can laugh and cry with at the same time. Jenny and I instantly clicked because we were both single and wanted to go dancing, all.the.time! Jenny is a great combination of silly and sensitive. If I need the girlfriend to quote 'Friends' the TV show, I go to Jenny! Went to New Zealand for Jenny's wedding! She lives in Oregon City with her husband Gabe.
Greg Yung

I met Greg through Brandon Arteaga on a ski trip to Whistler, right before we graduated in 2007.. However, I really got to know him when I moved to Portland in 2012. We spent many nights on my balcony in the pearl district smoking cigars, drinking whisky, and talking about life. Greg is an old sole and someone who is very easy to talk to. Greg is one of those guys who excels at everything he puts his hand to. He has worked at Nike for several years and it seems every time I talk to him he has just gotten a new promotion. Greg lives in Beaverton.
Dana Kappen

A sweet, kind, and intentional friend. Dana and I met through a women's group at our church, Door of Hope. Dana also has a love for backpacking, hiking and is an exceptional cook. Dana and I have had many wine & cheese nights while living in SE Belmont neighborhood. Dana got married to her husband on the Oregon Coast and now lives in NE Portland with her husband, Nate, and their fun little dog, Frankie!
Scott Rewinkel

Scott and I met in college around 2004. We were both on the Hull team of the Human Powered Submarine. We took many classes together and studied together quite a bit. After we graduated from UW, Scott went on to WSU to get his masters in ME then on to UK’s medical school. Scott started his residency at OHSU in Portland where he currently resides and works. He is my go to guy for advice on cars and brain surgery. If you are thinking about buying a car or having brain surgery he is the guy you want to talk to.

Diana and I met in college alongside with Chase and Robyn. We all ended up hanging out at Diana's casa most weekends playing games, twister, and laughing over silly things. Diana is full of energy and her laugh is contagious. Diana is filled with kindness and joy. Even though thousands of miles apart, Diana and I have kept the friendship growing. Diana went to Stockholm to get her Masters in Biology and then met her now Swedish husband Linus. Diana is originally from Colorado but permanently resides in Sweden with Linus and their baby girl, Nadia.
