Can we stay at the venue?

Answer

YES! - There will be room blocks at BOTH: Jupiter NEXT, and at the Jupiter Hotel PLEASE NOTE: Jupiter NEXT and Jupiter Hotel are 2 different buildings but they are across the street from one another. So you can party all night long at the reception and take an elevator upstairs -OR- walk across the street.

How do I make my Hotel reservation and what is the best deal??

Answer

We are encouraging you to book the hotel early to make sure you get a room. This time of year it is hard to find a hotel in Portland last minute. MOST IMPORTANT - Call the Sales Department to make your reservation. 503-234-7767 Let the Sales Team know that you are with the Harrison/Webber wedding to get one of the rooms in our room block. Jupiter NEXT(the newer hotel) - the rooms here are right above the wedding reception Jupiter Hotel - There are many options here. There is a bar right outside the hotel so it can get kind of loud at night. Because of this they offer a lower price, for what they call “the party side”. - If you are staying here, you will need to specify whether you want the “party side” or the “quiet side”. ***The room block is on the quiet side. :)

Can children come to the wedding?

Answer

We both love all of your kiddos! However, we ask that this be an adult only venue. We want you to let your hair down and have a night of fun! But please email us if you have concerns, and we will do our best to accommodate. NOTE: We have made one exception for our nieces and nephews.

PARKING -What is the best way to get from my hotel to the church and to the reception?

Answer

Uber and Lyft will be your best means of transportation to get from point A to point B. It is a 5 min car ride and about a 10 minute walk from the church to the venue but save your feet for the dance floor and take an Uber or Lyft! There is street parking(not metered) near the church. Its a neighborhood area. Parking for the hotel and reception - There is metered street parking for the hotel and reception. You can also opt to park inside the hotel for a fee. After a certain time, I think 8pm, street parking is free.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES Please!! As most of you know, Scott is deathly allergic to tree nuts, so please let us know your food allergy. But I'm sure Scott can stab you with the EPIpen.
