Andrew's Maid of Honor
Brenna makes everyone else's sister look like a chump. Andrew and Brenna are siblings, BFFs, and frequent partners in crime. Brenna lives in Knoxville with her husband Blake and will absolutely demolish you at various nerdy trivia contests (Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones). When you see her at the reception, please just assume she needs another glass of Champagne.
Brian's Maid of Honor
Kara is Brian's best friend from high school. They grew up just a couple of blocks away from each other and have been friends since before they can remember. Kara and Brian share a lot of happy memories from childhood, the neighborhood pool, trips to the beach, and have also been there for each other during the tougher moments in life, like when Clay Aiken lost American Idol. Present day, Kara can often be found looking at instagram posts of puppies and kitties, as long as she remembered to charge her phone.
Andrew’s Groomsmaid
Sarah and Andrew have known each other forever. They met in elementary school and became best friends in high school, while participating in activities that all the cool kids did, like Mock Trial, Theatre, and Odyssey of the Mind (don't ask). Sarah and Andrew have way too many inside jokes to count (apologies in advance) and yes, she can call him Andy, and no, you can't. If you want to know what Andrew was like in high school, Sarah can tell you, so please don't ask her.
Brian’s Groomsmaid
Sara is Brian's best friend from high school. They first met in 8th grade, when Sara paved the way for Brian to win the Home Ec award that year by allowing him to do all the work. Sara has always been a fun and supportive friend, encouraging Brian to get his license and always providing Oreos. Sara is now a teacher where Brian attended elementary school and can usually be found shopping at Aldi.
Andrew's Groomsmaid
Megan and Andrew met while working at Washington University in St. Louis and were instantly friends for life. Despite only ever being in the same city for a few years, Megan and Andrew have had one of the great long distance friendships of our time and will forever be bonded through Oscar, the neurotic Yorkie-Poo that Megan raised after Andrew could no longer keep him. Megan is an exceptionally dedicated elementary school principal, and can fall asleep literally anywhere. She and Andrew have a shared love for ridiculous ranking systems, detailed lists, and splurging on a ridiculously expensive meal from time to time.
Brian's Groomsmaid
Bridget is Brian's best friend from high school. They first met in 9th grade and Bridget likely has a photo of that moment because she is always taking pictures. Much time was spent together in Bridget's house, as part of her quest to watch every cheesy romantic comedy (at least, that's what it felt like). Often both dubbed social butterflies, Brian and Bridget always make time to see each other. Typically, Bridget can be found enjoying a mimosa or seasonally appropriate beer.
Andrew's Groomsmaid
Sara welcomed Andrew into her city and family when he arrived in Philadelphia. She is a hilarious friend, an amazing singer, and the world's best aunt and dog mother. Ask her or her husband Luke to tell the story of the time Andrew "accidentally" drank Luke's $100 glass of whiskey in a single gulp. Sara already has your next vacation planned.
Brian's Groomsmaid
Nikki is Brian's best friend from high school. They have known each other forever, having grown up around the corner from one another. The only time Brian got in trouble in elementary school it was Nikki's fault, but this has since been forgiven and never brought up again. Much time was spent together in Nikki's house, as part of her quest to watch every cheesy horror movie (at least, that's what it felt like). Nikki and Brian get to plan their weddings at the same time and be there for another, as they have always been. When not sunbathing on the beach, Nikki can be found watching The Little Mermaid.
Andrew's Groomsmaid
Emily and Andrew found each other at Temple, where they both started working in Residential Life in 2012. Emily was Andrew's boss, then colleague, then work wife, and now just an amazing friend. Andrew might possibly have kind of ruined her proposal from her now-husband Chris (sorry Chris!). Ask her to tell the story. Emily loves the beach, her dog Berkeley, and her superpower is really great spreadsheets.
Brian's Groomsmaid
Rosie is Brian's best friend from high school. They first met at the bus stop when Rosie moved to the neighborhood in 5th grade. They went through a difficult phase where Rosie called him "Bus Boy Brian," but this has since been forgiven and never brought up again. Throughout high school they had a lot of laughs and share special memories, like when Rosie told Brian that he would be her date to the Junior Prom. Rosie has lived abroad for over 5 years now, but Brian is sure that Rosie still spends most of her time away as she did here - talking about Harry Potter.
