Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out as we get closer to the big day! Please RSVP (by mail or on our website) by April 23, 2022. We will hunt you down if necessary, but don't make us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We can't wait another minute to get married! Plan to arrive at Goggleworks by 5:10, as the ceremony will start at 5:30 and the venue has many areas (we'll have good signage!). There will be live music and champagne to entertain you until the ceremony starts! And don't forget to come early to check out the galleries and art studios at the venue!

What should I wear?

Answer

We love to lounge in our PJs as much as anyone, but we hope you’ll use this as an excuse to get dressed up! Pull out your suits and long fancy dresses and show everyone how amazing you look. But seriously, we want you to dance and party all night, so wear something that you feel comfortable and fabulous in!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children! But on our special day we want to get down and party without any distractions, so leave the kiddos at home. Think of it as a great excuse for a parent's day off.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttle service from the Doubletree to Goggleworks prior to the ceremony and back after the reception. Shuttles will leave from outside the Doubletree at 4:30 and 5:00pm and will return from Goggleworks at 10:45 and 11:15pm. See the Travel tab for more details.

Is there parking available?

Totally! Both Goggleworks and the DoubleTree have free parking for all guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Doubletree, 5 blocks from the wedding venue. Check out the Travel tab above for more info.

What's the food and drink situation?

Answer

We've been to enough weddings to know what you care most about. There will be plenty of delicious food and an open bar. We will have butlered hors d'oeuvres and drinks during cocktail hour followed by stations and a variety of passed small plates all night long. And save room for dessert! And a late night snack!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
