What is the weather like in Olympic Valley in September?

Answer

September in Olympic Valley is very pleasant, with temperatures in the range of an average high of 68°F and an average low of 37°F. Please keep in mind, the wedding ceremony and reception will be outside. We will be under a tent for the reception.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we love the kids in our life, the wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Kids are welcome at the Friday events.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Is there parking available at Olympic Valley Stables?

Answer

Parking is available onsite for 35-40 vehicles with overflow parking available across the street at Queen of the Snows Catholic Church. We recommend guests who are able to walk to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. We will not be coordinating transportation to and from hotels from the ceremony. We recommend those able to walk to the ceremony. Transportation can be coordinated directly with PlumJack if you are staying there.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Mountain Chic. We recommend wearing footwear appropriate for uneven ground (cowboy boots or close-toed shoes with low heal recommended).
