The hotel is located directly across the street from the wedding venue. It is also a direct stop (the only in the area) for the Airport Express. There are walkable nearby restaurants, coffee, bowling, casino (5 min drive/ 20 min walk), and of course golf. A room block has been set with a 2 night minimum at $189/night ($217 after taxes) for basic double queen or basic single king. Room block discount will be applied for upgraded rooms (i.e. suites, lanais, balconies, firepits, etc), but will have an additional cost up to $50/night. The $15/day parking fee is waived when you book through the wedding block. You may enter your Hilton Honors to earn points. If interested in utilizing the room block we strongly encourage booking early so that we may extend the block at a reasonable rate if necessary. Airport Express (NOW named Groome Transportation)

The Airport Express is a shuttle bus that provides service between SFO, Oak Intl., as well as Sonoma County Airport, directly to The Doubletree Hotel. Service is offered daily, and hourly during hours of operation, and takes approximately 2 hours between Doubletree and SFO/OAK. It is recommended to book online in advance, though tickets can be purchased day of at pick up site. Tickets cost $42 each way and allow two bags plus one carry-on per passenger.
