The rates are the same for double queen and king rooms, but differ in price whether you choose to include breakfast or not. The $219 rate includes breakfast and snacks while the $189 rate does not. There are several places within walking distance of the hotel if you prefer to find a local spot for breakfast. This hotel only has valet parking for $20 per night. There is a parking garage across the street for $25 per day and parking becomes free from 7:00pm Friday night until 8:00am Monday morning, as long as there are no other local events that weekend. We will update our website about garage availability as we get closer to July.
