Please join us for a Welcome Gathering at Tobacco Road Sports Cafe the night before the big day hosted by Doug & Karen Shearer! Drinks will be provided. There are several parking garages in the area and it's about a 10 minute walk from each hotel. The wedding party will be arriving around 8:30pm from rehearsal dinner. The sports cafe is connected to the Durham Bulls AAA Baseball Ballpark, and they have a game that evening at 7pm. 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Buses will depart each hotel promptly at 10:15am, and will be staged and ready for guests beginning at 10am. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 11:30am. The doors will be open for guests beginning at 11:00am. The church is approximately 35 minutes from the hotels. We will provide bus transportation from each hotel to the church and return to the hotels following the ceremony. Bus transportation will be limited to invited wedding guests only. We are not inviting children to the cocktail hour or reception, however, you are welcome to meet us at the church if you would like to come as a family. We would love to see you all there!

Wedding guests and their families are welcome to join us for breakfast and coffee before heading out of town! This will be located at the same hotel where some of you will be staying. It's a 4 minute drive from the Durham Marriott City Center. Parking is available with additional parking in a covered lot in the back of the building.
