Nope! Our wedding will be entirely within the grounds of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, so no park ticket needed! However if you wish to enjoy one of the parks, there is a slight discount available through Disney Fairytale Weddings
Disney is fantastic with food allergies and special diets, but please let us know ASAP so we can share it with the wedding planner and chef before the big day!
Please check the schedule page on our website for any other wedding weekend events
There will be free parking for guests choosing to drive to the ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion
The Wedding Pavilion is on the grounds of the Grand Floridian Resort, adjacent to the Magic Kingdom. Please be aware there is a SEPARATE pavilion entrance off the main road just before the hotel entrance (marked as Wedding Pavilion on the gate) 4104 Floridian Way, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 The reception will be across the resort in the Grand Floridian Ballrooms, a few minute walk from the ceremony.
At this time we do not have any private transportation scheduled between the hotel blocks and venues. There will be free parking at the wedding, and Disney also offers free transportation from hotels to theme parks. Please be aware Disney transportation would require you to go to the front of a theme park and then take another bus or monorail to the Grand Floridian resort; this can take a while, so plan for at least 60-90 minutes of travel time across property. Uber/Lyft are affordable alternatives and can drop you directly at the venue.
While November weather in Orlando is typically beautiful, it can still be unpredictable! Our ceremony and reception will be indoors, though there will be uncovered walkways from the parking lots to the venue, as well as an outdoor walk across the resort property to the reception area.
