This hotel is located on the West side of downtown Asheville. It is about 2 miles from the heart of downtown, about 2 miles from the welcome party location, and about 11 miles from the wedding venue. This hotel provides a complimentary shuttle downtown, free parking, and continental breakfast. With our block, there is an option to choose a room with one King bed or a room with two Queen beds. VRBO and AIRBNB are good resources for additional housing accommodations in the area. For your convenience, please use our event locations as a reference when searching for a place to stay. We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue from the hotels listed - if you are not staying at the hotels, you can certainly still meet at the hotels to ride along with the other guests.

Shuttle

BUSES FROM DOWNTOWN AND COUNTRY INN & SUITES WESTGATE

October 18, 2021 3:15 pm - 10:30 pm

On our wedding day, we will have two buses pick up at Country Inn & Suites - Westgate (our blocked hotel) at 3:00PM with a departure to the wedding venue at 3:15 PM. Two buses will also pick up at Pack Square downtown Asheville at 3:00 PM with a 3:15 PM departure. The buses will be parked right in front of the French Broad Chocolate Lounge (10 S Pack Square, Asheville, NC 28801). *Be sure to arrive on time to the venue for some pre-ceremony drinks :)*. After the wedding, two buses will drop off back at the Country Inn & Suites hotel and two buses will drop off at Storm Rhum Bar downtown. Storm Rhum is open until 2 AM on Mondays so it will be a good place to continue the party for those who choose to. Of note, we intentionally arranged extra buses to allow space for social distancing purposes. *Don't forget, masks are required on the buses, thanks for your understanding.*

Flight

AVL (Asheville Regional), GSP (Greenville, SC), or CLT (Charlotte)

Asheville Regional Airport is only 20 minutes from downtown and is the most convenient. Greenville, SC airport is just over an hour away. Charlotte will have the most options but is a solid 2 hours away from Asheville.
