Wait, so your wedding is on a MONDAY?!

Answer

That is correct - Monday 10.18.21! We know this is not the most convenient but we hope it will give you an excuse to skip out on the Monday blues and come join us for some fun! :)

What is the dress code for your wedding day?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. For reference, the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the grass so stilettos might not be your best option. Keep an eye on the weather to plan accordingly. :)

Is there parking available for the welcome party and the wedding ceremony/reception?

Answer

Parking is limited at the Welcome Party so we do suggest carpooling or using Uber, Lyft, or Cabs. There is plenty of parking available at the Wedding Ceremony/Reception venue however it is a grass lot so keep that in mind. There will be transportation provided via bus should you choose not to drive. (No drinking and driving, folks!)

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes - there will be a bus service to and from the blocked hotel. See Travel + Accomodations for more details.

Can we still ride in the bus if we don't stay at your "blocked hotel"?

Answer

YES! Please utilize the buses we have arranged at the hotel and at our downtown pick up locationo (see Travel + Accommodations for details). Should you need other transportation during your stay in Asheville - Uber, Lyft, and Asheville Ride (AVL Ride) are all available options.

Can we bring our little ones to your Welcome Party and Wedding Day Events?

Unfortunately, we are not able to have all of our favorite little ones there with us during our wedding weekend. We had to make a tough choice and can only have a certain number of kids - please only bring your kids if their name is on the invitation or you have been told otherwise. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we normally say "the more the merrier", space is limited so please only bring a date if their name is on the invitation or we have told you otherwise.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - there should be a question about your dietary restrictions on your invitation but if you have any other specific requests, please let us know.
