What is the dress code for the Welcome Party?

Answer

We hope you will take some time to enjoy and celebrate the night before our wedding with us at our Welcome Party located at The Boundary at the Cheshire Inn (approximately 2 miles from our hotel block). Since it is Halloween Night, we wanted to have some fun welcoming our guests to the Midwest with a Western Welcome! (and because Conner asks to be a Cowboy every year for Halloween) Put on your best cowboy boots and hats, denim, or flannel, anything goes at our Rodeo!

What is the dress code for wedding day?

Answer

Our dress code for wedding day is Black-Tie Optional. We would love for you to take the opportunity and get all dressed up with us to enjoy this special day! For Gentleman, please wear tuxedos or suits. For Ladies, please wear gowns or cocktail dresses (floor length or midis are preferred).

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be about 2-3 hours in between our Church ceremony ending at The Basilica of St. Louis, King of France and our reception at Meadowbrook Country Club. Feel free to utilize this time to freshen up, relax for a bit, catch the beginning of the 3pm college football games (Go Noles!) or visit one of our favorite spots in St. Louis listed on our FAQ page. For those staying at The Chase Park Plaza, pregame in The Chase Club anyone?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

For those staying at The Chase Park Plaza with us, we will have roundtrip transportation provided to and from Meadowbrook Country Club. We ask you to please meet in the lobby between 5:00pm-5:15pm CST for a 5:30pm CST departure. Our transportation will depart from the side entrance to the hotel in the bus loop near the movie theater entrance. Due to limited availability, our transportation is only intended for those guests staying on property with us. If you miss the bus time, you will need to plan your own transportation. If you have questions about using our provided transportation, please reach out to Hanna!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have opted to have an adults-only affair with the exception of our nieces. We want you to be able to enjoy the evening with us as we plan to dance the night away. Thank you for your understanding - we can't wait to party with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, you cannot bring a guest unless otherwise noted on your invitation. If you have any questions on who is invited from your family, when you RSVP on our website all invited guests names will be listed. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
