The wedding party will have a private rehearsal at White Store Church from 3:00-4:00.
4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
After the rehearsal, members of the wedding party and their guests are invited to meet at the Colonia Theatre in downtown Norwich for cocktail hour and a catered dinner in the second floor ballroom. Cocktails will be served at the rehearsal dinner, so BYOB is not necessary.
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us for food, drinks, and dancing at the outdoor stage to kick off the wedding weekend!
This is a casual event for all members of our wedding party and whoever else wants to join. Campers are encouraged and welcome. No pets, please.
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
This event is black-tie optional.
White Store Church and Evergreen Cemetery is a national historic site containing a meetinghouse and cemetery at the junction of New York State Route 8 and White Store Road, 4 miles south of South New Berlin in Norwich, Chenango County, New York. ***Please try to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early.*** Be advised that there are no handrails on the stairs leading to the upper level of the church. There is no air-conditioning in the building. The reception (immediately following) will be outdoors.

***BYOB*** Appetizers will be served immediately; dinner will be served at 2:00. If you need assistance making your way to the reception area, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you! There is very limited reserved parking down below. Please talk to Bret or John if you have any questions. We recommend bringing appropriate footwear, a shawl or jacket for after nightfall, and rain gear. No pets allowed. There will be a bonfire, fireworks, and live music after dark. If you have any sensitivities to smoke or loud noises, please plan accordingly. CAMPING IS VERY MUCH ENCOURAGED! PLEASE NOTE: If you are in need of a ride to downtown Norwich, please let us know and you'll get one! The Homestead is the home of Bret Stolpinski and Kayla Hunt (maid of honor). We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our friends for so kindly opening up their beautiful property to all of our guests. Kayla and Bret's friendship is an extraordinary blessing.

A quick Sunday brunch will be served at the reception tent by the mother of the bride to get everyone up and at 'em!
If you camped with us, or if you're still in town and want to come have a coffee, stop by the reception tent for one last hurrah... Just don't stay too long, or we'll put you to work on cleanup duty.
