What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 3:45 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are both at River Highlands Ranch and there is plenty of free parking. You may leave your car at the venue over night but it must be picked up within the 2 hour window the next day between 9:00am - 11:00am.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Rideshare options are also limited in the area, so we would recommend booking an Uber/Lyft in advance or carpooling. Please ensure you have a safe ride home.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones - we really do. However, we respectfully request no children. We hope you understand and enjoy the night out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. Due to limited amenities, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting cocktail attire. Please, no jeans.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be held in the barn with large open doors.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Pease do not take any photos during the ceremony. We have 2 professional photographers and 2 videographers to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment. After the ceremony, feel free ot take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share our ceremony photos.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
