Fly into GSP (Greenville Spartanburg Airport) for the closest option.

GSP is the airport for the Greenville/Greer area, but it can be a little pricier because it is a smaller airport. Charlotte Douglas (CLT) is another option, but it is about a 2 hour drive (depending on traffic).
