Diane & Jim

Wedding Party

Meet a handful of our fave friends and family who will be moving and grooving down the aisle with us!

Jennifer Morgan

Matron of Honor

Diane's big sissy, very best friend and single-handedly the reason she needs wrinkle cream at 28 for laugh lines. Though they're banned from being in the grocery store aisles together (it was ONE incident involving chicken talons), they're hoping this aisle will be the exception to the rule.

Melissa Bain

Bridesmaid

Diane's sissy-in-law who is as kind as she is brave, recently giving Diane the title of "Reverend" in her own wedding to Diane's older brother, Eddie. MellyB can always be counted on to bring the treats and join Diane in some serious Celine beats.

Sloan DePiero

Bridesmaid

The reason we're here today LOL. Sloan is Diane's forever friend and match maker. Chances are if you know Diane, you know of Sloan. From middle school to matrimony, Sloan has always been by Diane's side...sometimes with a shovel for when Diane runs over the family mailbox. again.

Christina Vivinetto

Bridesmaid

Viv is Diane's first friend she made at Fordham. Since that fateful first day of preseason freshmen year, they've learned "love is it" thanks to Pugsley's Pizza but have yet to learn Happy Hour really is just an hour. Vivvy also flew home from a European vacay to be there for Diane's engagement. Diane is still crying.

Jacqueline Ahern

Bridesmaid

Diane's cousin-sissy-friend and the one to blame if Jim ever finds himself with a Long Island zip code. Having Jackie as a cousin has been a big life bonus...and Jackie will be bringing another bonus to the bridal party with a bebe on the way. Her lip gloss won't be the only thing poppin'.

Joseph Fuhrman

Best Man

He's lovable, loud, and - according to him - the better looking brother. As Jim's older brother Joe has always made a point to do what's best for Jim. The protection of his younger brother's interests were best displayed when Joe disguised his voice and called Jim as their Little League's president to convince him to continue his baseball career.

Edward R. Bain

Groomsman

Eddie joined Jim on his first ski trip and guided Jim onto a winding and icy trail for his first ever run. Eddie claims it was an oversight, but we all know he was just testing out Diane's new beau. Now that Jim's injuries have healed from the tree he collided with, he and Eddie have become golf partners.

James Bain

Groomsman

He's Mr. Reliable and the life of the party. Jim would like to claim that he's been around long enough to watch James "grow up," but truth is that James has always been bigger than Jim. Maybe one day before Jim & Diane share an insurance plan James will have to show Jim how to do a gainer off the diving board.

Dennis Cannon

Groomsman

Since the days of Huffy bikes, Dennis and Jim have been raising a little hell of their own. From little league rivals to best buds by the time high school came around, these two have some stories to share. Wait until cocktail hour and you might get Dennis to tell one of two of them...

Brian O'Connell

Groomsman

Brian brings geographic diversity to the groomsmen - he's from NY. As teammates, floormates, and now fellow Hobokenites, Jim and Brian have matured from beer drinking undergrads into ... beer drinking professionals. Jim's wedding gift request from Brian is a lifelong retainer as his personal accountant. Thanks in advance!

Christian Fuhrman

Ring Bearer

Who knew hiring five-year-old would require such a tactful effort? In the middle of a struggling economy, Christian turned down our initial job offer of Ring Bearer. With some tough negotiation (in the form of candy), our latest update to share is an "I'll think about it." Once accepted, Christian has potential to steal the show - and maybe even the bride!

Nina Sullivan

Officiant

From college roommate to now Reverend, Nina has always held an important role in Diane's life. No stranger to a microphone, we can't wait for Nina to set the stage for our big day. It is a privilege to know her and an honor to be getting married by her.
