There will be school bus shuttles from the Hampton Inn parking lot (shared with Courtyard + Micro!) to the ceremony. The first bus will be leaving at 4:15pm and the last bus will depart at 4:45pm. We encourage guests to hop on the earlier ones - sparkling water, champagne and our signature cocktail will be patiently awaiting your arrival!!
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
This will be a largely outdoor wedding ceremony and reception! If it quite literally rains on our parade, the structure is designed to fully support any form of inclement weather - side panels will be set up, AC cranked, heaters on, etc. (we're coming off the heels of 2020; anything can happen!). Speaking of heels, although the venue is a tent from the outside, it is a formal ballroom within so no need to worry about getting stilettos stuck in the grass - any and all heels go.
10:00 pm
School bus shuttles back to the Hampton Inn will begin at 10pm and circulate through the end of the reception, which ends at 10:30pm. But don't worry - the show will go on at the after party :)

For those who believe the show must go on, we've reserved the hotel bar at the Courtyard by Marriott for some late night night caps and noms!
