Flight
Our top recommendation is that you fly into LGA airport, it is the closest airport to Brooklyn and Manhattan and has easy access to train, taxi, and rental car services.
Hotel
This is our preferred hotel and it is very close to the venue, about a 10 minute car ride. The room should be around $149 for Sunday night with our room block code HDW. For reservations over the phone, ask for the Hartman Drumm Wedding Block. For reservations online: On the same screen where you are selecting your dates, there will be a dropdown option below the dates that says "rate preference" - select "group rate" and type in the code HDW.

Train
Directions from LGA to the Bear Mountain Inn: Take the M60-SBS bus to Harlem 125 street. The bus can be found at Marine Air Terminal, Terminal A on Marine terminal road. At Harlem 125st walk up the steps to the train station. Here you should be able to buy tickets from a kiosk (for Peekskill) but have cash on hand to buy a ticket on the train just in case. The train to take is the Hudson Valley line which departs every hour at :56. This may change however so be sure to check the train schedule for updates (https://new.mta.info/schedules). Alternatively, this same train can be taken from Grand Central Station (89 E 42nd Street), which would be the recommended starting point if you will be staying in Manhattan or Brooklyn for a day or two before heading to Bear Mountain. Upon arrival at Peekskill you will have to take a 12 minute taxi ride to the Bear Mountain Inn. Using Lyft/Uber you should have no problem.
