Date: Sunday October 16, 2022 Venue: Bear Mountain Inn https://visitbearmountain.com 9 Service Rd, Tomkins Cove, NY 10986 Please arrive before 5:30pm. Ceremony starts at 6:00pm with cocktail hour and reception starting immediately after. Parking is available at the Bear Mountain Inn. A shuttle to and from the venue will be available from the Holiday Inn in Peekskill, the Stone Cottages, and the Overlook Lodge. Ubers and Lyfts are also readily available too and from the venue.

Black tie formal (suggested) Think vintage 1920s classy speak-easy with cocktails and a live old timey band.

Question

Will there be shuttles to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Shuttles will pick guests up from the Holiday Inn in Peekskill, the Stone Cottages, and the Overlook lodge beginning at 4:15 pm - 5:00 pm prior to the wedding. The shuttle will make three runs at the end of the night from the venue to the above listed hotels starting at 11:00 p.m.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue starting at 5:00 pm- let the guard know you are there for the Hartman-Drumm wedding. You are welcome to come before the wedding to explore the beautiful grounds at Bear Mountain, but the parking will be $10 per car before 5:00 p.m.
