Welcome to New York! We recommend that you fly into Brooklyn (LGA or JFK airports) a few days before the wedding, which is taking place October 16, Sunday evening. This way you can have fun exploring the city before you head to the beautiful Hudson Valley. You could also start your trip upstate and explore the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains for a cozy fall getaway. The wedding will take place at Bear Mountain Inn on Sunday evening, so plan to stay overnight at one of our recommended hotels or in a nearby Airbnb, as we expect the party at the reception to go late into the night. The easiest way to get to the venue is by car. If you can, we suggest getting a group together and sharing a car rental during your stay. You can also get to the venue using public transportation or a car service such as Uber and Lyft. Lots of people flock to the Hudson Valley region in the fall to enjoy the colors of the fall leaves, so try and book your lodging sooner rather than later!
