Travel Note
We recommend walking—everything is nearby. Walking: From downtown or your lodging, walk to W Lake Street and turn onto Birch Street. The house (200 Birch Street) is just down the road and will have a sign. Driving: Please don’t drive or park on Birch Street. Park on W Lake Street and walk from there. Overflow parking is near Alua’s Thrive Bar, under ¼ mile away.
Travel Note
We’ve reserved a room block at the Best Western Plus Tree House in Mount Shasta—a perfect fit for our forest chic wedding! Keep the theme going all weekend long while enjoying this cozy spot. The hotel is walking distance to our venue (.7 miles) and the quaint downtown (.4 miles). To book your stay, use the website link with this passcode: HWED Or, call the hotel directly at (530) 926-3101 and mention the Hunting Wedding to access our group rate. Important: Do not use the number on the website—it connects to corporate, not the Tree House. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Travel Note
We recommend flying into Medford, OR or Redding, CA airports, as they are the closest to Mount Shasta. Both airports are small and convenient for regional flights, and renting a car from either location will provide the easiest way to reach us: • Medford Airport (MFR): The drive to Mount Shasta is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes (70 miles). • Redding Airport (RDD): The drive to Mount Shasta is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (75 miles). For those looking to avoid multiple connecting flights, Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is a larger hub with more direct flight options. While the drive is longer, it offers the convenience of fewer flights: • Sacramento Airport (SMF): The drive to Mount Shasta is approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes (210 miles). We recommend renting a car for your stay, as it allows the best access to Mount Shasta and the surrounding area.

Travel Note
Although most of you will be able to walk back to your lodging after the wedding, we wanted to share a few transportation tips just in case. Mount Shasta is a small mountain town, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are extremely limited. For a reliable ride, we recommend Mount Shasta Taxi, a locally owned service. You can reach them at (530) 859-3266 or visit mtshastataxi.com to learn more or schedule a ride—we suggest calling ahead, especially on the night of the wedding.
