Our Story in Snapshots

In 2022, Devin visited Erica in San Francisco after sparks flew during their mutual friend Audrey’s wedding festivities. This photo is from that first trip at a charming restaurant in the Castro.

After Devin and Erica fell for each other, Devin moved to California with her dog, Aloo, to be with Erica. This photo is from one of their first beach adventures as a trio.

Thanksgiving 2022 was Devin and Erica’s first big holiday together. Devin knew she’d fit in with the family after meeting Steve Buscemi, their cardboard cutout used for prank scares.

Erica and Devin at the Painted Ladies in SF before seeing Erica’s favorite band - Crumb. When they started dating, they shared songs, and “Ghostride” got Devin hooked on the band just like Erica.

Stormy weather turned the rooftop proposal into something even more magical—rain, twinkle lights, a crackling fire, and a champagne cork that took five people to open. We’re engaged!

Devin has brought Erica home to Alaska many times. This photo is from Homer—Devin’s favorite place in Alaska, and now Erica’s too.

Our first apartment together in Noe Valley—where Aloo made it on the lease, but Devin never did. Now we’re finally officially living together (and upgraded!).

San Francisco is a city of hills, and we love a good lookout—whether it’s a hike or grabbing drinks to watch the sunset. It’s one of the many reasons we love living here.

SF is amazing but can be overwhelming. Moving to a bigger place near the beach in a quieter neighborhood has been a game changer—especially for Aloo, who now chases waves and seagulls daily.
