Flight
Fly directly into Dublin airport (DUB) from the East or West Coast. Usually a little cheaper than other airports, however please keep in mind, you will have to make your way to Tralee, Co.Kerry which is a bit aways (up to 4 hours) From Dublin, you have a few options: RENT A CAR from Dublin. Please note the cars are usually all stick and you're driving on the other side of the road:) TRAIN FROM Heuston Station in Dublin to Tralee train station (about 3.5 hrs). Tickets and schedules can be found at www.irishrail.ie. You would have to get a cab or city bus from the airport to the train station. DOMESTIC FLIGHT to Kerry airport (KIR) using AerLingus, Ryanair or Storbart Air. It might be worth looking at flying directly to KIR from the States so that your baggage is put through the whole way without additional fees. From Kerry Airport, we'd suggest renting a car or catching a train from the Farrenfore train station, which is about a 3 minute drive. Tralee is 17 minutes from Kerry airport.
Flight
Fly into Shannon airport (SNN) or Cork (ORK). Again, from there, the same options apply to you as listed for Dublin. Please note there is no train from Shannon, so you'd either have to hire a car through the airport and drive or get a bus to Tralee. From Cork, you could get a short cab ride into the train station and catch a train to Tralee from there. Buses from Cork to Tralee depart from Parnell Place. Trains schedules can be found on www.irishrail.ie and they depart from Kent station.
Hotel
Located just around the corner from the Ballyseede Castle, this venue is a gorgeous Irish hotel and very convenient
Hotel
Located closer to Tralee's city center, this is another great option for convenient accommodation near the wedding venue.
Rental Car
In order to really explore the true beauty of the Irish countryside we'd strongly recommend guests, where possible, rent a car for their trip. South West Kerry is quite remote and there is very little public transport available (one bus at 7am, I believe). Cahirciveen is about an hour from Tralee and Killarney, both of which would be the hub for getting back to Dublin or other parts of the country. There are numerous places to rent a car, Hertz, Avis or from any of the airports.

We will be running a shuttle if there are guests that need transportation to and from The Afters. Schedule: Dec. 22nd - Ballyseede to Caherciveen - 12:00 p.m. Dec. 23rd - Caherciveen to Killarney - (TBD. Likely early) If you haven't yet RSVP'd for the shuttle you can do so below:

Qc's is a great seafood restaurant and bar & B&B located in the middle of the town. There are a few other B&B's in the area and you might also consider checking out Airbnb for options as well. Deb's pub is O'Neill's The Point Bar, if you want to check it's location in relation to the lodging your looking at.
