Well we did! Multiple bars actually... Devina and Kannov first met at Rutgers University at Olde Queens Tavern (Queens for those that know it), where Kannov tried getting Devina's attention. He soon realized that winning her over would require more effort than he initially thought. Undeterred, Kannov's determination led him to embrace a very millennial approach—he slid into Devina's DMs after crossing paths with her at a bar down the shore. Yet, even then, luck wasn't on his side. However, Kannov wasn't one to back down easily. Fate intervened on a memorable Saturday during NYC SANTACON, where Devina and Kannov found themselves at yet another bar together. It was there, in that vibrant atmosphere, with Kannov’s charm…. Well, the rest was history! In February 2023, against the picturesque backdrop of Devina's hometown of Princeton, Kannov proposed to Devina, surrounded by the countless cherished memories they had created together over the years. Today, they call New York City home, and cannot wait to celebrate such an exciting time with all of you!
