A great little city to explore and shop downtown or go on some great hikes! It should be extra green and beautiful in April to enjoy the nature. We have been on many dates here over the years.
Ventura Harbor Village
Fun to walk around here, shop, get a bite to eat, enjoy the beach, or rent kayaks/paddle boats!
Channel Islands Whale Watching
April is still whale watching season! We have done this before and loved it.
Santa Barbara Zoo
Lots of great animals here!
Solvang
Landen asked Devan to be his girlfriend here! It's about an hour drive from our wedding city, but if you have time for a mini day trip, it's worth it! A beautiful and charming Danish town with plenty of things to see and eat.
Ostrichland USA
If you've ever dreamed of feeding an ostrich, now is your chance! Very close to Solvang as well, would recommend ordering tickets online to skip the line on the day of.
