Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Because our venue requires multiple creek crossings and narrow roads to get into, they do not allow guest parking on site. You will need to park at this location: 1100 Mark Avenue, Carpinteria, CA 93013 (near the LinkedIn building). This is an industrial area with plenty of free street parking! We are providing a quality & professional shuttle experience to pick you up from this location and transport you to our venue (roughly an 8 minute drive). The shuttle will be labeled with our names, so it's easy to spot! This service will be available all night, so don't worry if you want to leave early or forget something in your car. You may of course Uber to the parking location but please do not Uber all the way to the official venue's address as it is a safety liability.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, so please plan accordingly & count on an additional 15-20 minutes to be shuttled from the parking lot. We would recommend being at the parking area by 3:30pm at the latest to be picked up. If you don't see the bus when you arrive, they might be making a first run with other guests!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Attire - Comfortable but elegant & whimsical! We would suggest fun floral patterns or light colors, anything but full white of course ;) We would also recommend wearing comfortable shoes (flats or low heels) as our venue has a lot of uneven ground & grass, and bringing a jacket for the colder evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our entire ceremony & reception will be outdoors. There will be heat lamps & a couple of fire pits if it gets too cold!
