Follow the links below to RSVP and reserve your room. In order to fill out the RSVP form you'll need guest names, dates, and room type preferences. Please complete ONE FORM per room with all occupants listed.
Once your RSVP form is completed, our travel agent, Jennifer, will contact you within 3 business days. If you don't hear back within the designated timeframe, your form wasn't received - please contact her directly via email (admin@destinationdays.com) or phone (615-712-3540).
This is a group contract, so dates and cancellation policies are not negotiable. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
RSVP and Payment Dates:
5/15/2026 - RSVP and pay 60%
7/31/2026 - Balance Due
Cancellation Dates:
Before 6/1/26: All payments are refundable.
6/2/26-7/10/26: 20% of any cancelled nights are non-refundable.
7/11/26-8/10/26: 40% of any cancelled nights are non-refundable.
8/11/26 or After: All payments are non-refundable.
