Can I bring a guest? Puedo traer acompañante?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP online there should be an option to also RSVP for a guest or other members in your party. If there seems to be an error, do not hesitate to contact us. Sí, cuando respondas si vas a asistir en la sección “RSVP”, te pedirá que también respondas por tu acompañante u otros familiares incluidos en la invitación. Si parece haber algún error, por favor comunícate con nosotros.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will be posting some hotel blocks soon, but Airbnb.com and Vrbo.com are great options for home/apartment rental. Barcelona is a large city, but certainly smaller than New York. It is very well-connected via public transportation, so don't limit yourself to staying near our venue. Our venue is a hotel, so you can stay there if you'd like, but it is a bit removed from the city center, so it is not the best location for exploring the city.

Sí - Will attend No - Will not attend En esta misma página, ve a la sección llamada “RSVP”. Pon tu información y dinos si vas a asistir nuestra boda antes del 20 de mayo. Por favor, también infórmanos si tienes alergias o requieres un menú especial. Si esto no funciona o te es difícil, escríbelo en la tarjetita y mándanosla por correo antes ddel 20 de mayo. Please RSVP on this website before May 20th. Go to the "RSVP" tab and fill in your information. Please do not forget to let us know if you have any food allergies or require a special diet.

Will I be able to communicate with people?

Answer

The major language in Barcelona and Catalunya (the province where Barcelona is in) is Catalan. I describe it as a mixture of Spanish, Italian, and French. It is quite different from Spanish, but everyone there also speaks Spanish. In addition, many people speak some English. It would be helpful to know some Spanish, but you can get by without it.
