Lidköping is a small town about 30 minutes away from Bjertorp. If you fancy an outing this is a quaint place to go for lunch, coffee, or even some easy shopping.

Kinnekulle

Kinnekulle is known as “the blooming mountain” and is just a short trip from Bjertorp. It’s a beautiful spot for a walk or drive, with stunning views over Lake Vänern, peaceful forests, and limestone cliffs. Nearby you’ll find Husaby Church, one of Sweden’s oldest stone churches, and Råbäcks Stenhuggeri, a historic stone workshop right by the lake. There are also plenty of cosy cafés and small villages to stop by along the way if you’d like a relaxed fika.
