Arrival and Checking in

On Friday October 24th, we welcome you to start celebrating the weekend with us. You are available to check in to your hotel room from 3:00pm. Once you are checked in feel free to wander the grounds, have a drink in the bar, play pool with friends and family or taking the time to settle in.

We want to make sure we get to spend as much time as possible with all of you. On Friday we invite you to dinner, where a buffet will be served in the dining hall. Dinner will be provided, so you can enjoy a wonderful feast on us. As for beverages, feel free to choose your preferred drinks; however, we kindly ask that guests purchase their own beverages on this day.
After Dinner

Following the dinner buffet, enjoy some free time to unwind and have fun. Whether you’d like to grab a drink, mingle with friends and family, or challenge someone to a game of pool or shuffleboard, the evening is yours to enjoy. The bride and groom will be attending to some final responsibilities, but everyone is welcome to relax and spend the time as they wish!

It’s FINALLY here — the big day! What better way to start than with a hearty breakfast to set the perfect tone for the celebrations ahead. Join us in the dining hall from 9:00 am to 11:00 am to enjoy a delicious spread at your own pace. Whether you’re an early riser or prefer a leisurely start, breakfast will be ready for you to enjoy whenever you’re ready. We can’t wait to share this special day with you!
Free time
11:00 am - 3:45 pm
After breakfast you can enjoy your time as you wish before the ceremony. Under the tab "things to do" we have listed a few recommendations of how you can spend your time at Bjertorp. In the afternoon we will serve a traditional fika, which is Swedish for coffee and something sweet. The fika will be served in the dining room.
The Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Sweden
The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm but please make sure you are seated by 3:45 pm. If the weather allows, we will have an outdoor ceremony.
Champagne hour
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
After we've said our I do’s there will be drinks and time to mingle before dinner
Wedding dinner
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
When our hearts are full, it’s time to fill our bellies! Join us for a delicious meal, great company, and maybe a few toasts before we hit the dance floor. Eat up - you're going to need the energy!

Departure Breakfast

After a fun night of celebrating, we'll all need to refuel with a hearty breakfast before heading our separate ways. Breakfast will be served between 8 am and 10 am, so feel free to enjoy it at a time that suits you best!
Check-out Time

Checkout is at the latest by 11:00 am, after which we’ll all be heading off to our next adventures. We hope you had an amazing time and wish you safe travels!
