John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)

JFK is New York's largest airport. It is easy to get to and from Brooklyn from JFK by both taxi and public transportation. By taxi, the airport is about 30-40 minutes from most places in Brooklyn, and about an hour by public transit, depending on where you are going.

There are many wonderful AirBnB apartments in Brooklyn and across New York City. If you aren't sure what neighborhood to stay in, our wedding is in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, but Williamsburg, Long Island City, and Fort Greene are all nearby neighborhoods with easy access to the venue via subway.

LaGuardia Airport

LaGuardia Airport is the closest airport to Greenpoint, the neighborhood where our wedding will be taking place. While it's only about a 20 minute drive by taxi, it can be difficult to get to and from using public transportation. If you are planning on using public transit, JFK is the better option.

Hotel La Jolie is an affordable hotel option in the Williamsburg neighborhood, and less than 10 minutes from the wedding venue via subway.

Pod Brooklyn is an affordable, minimalist hotel in the heart of Williamsburg. With small compact rooms, it is designed for guests who want to spend most of their time exploring the city, not in their rooms.

Subway - NYC

The subway is the cheapest, easiest, and often (but increasingly less often) the fastest way to get around New York City. The Greenpoint Loft, where our wedding will be taking place, is 5 minute walk from the nearest subway stop – Greenpoint Ave, off of the G Line.
