Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Bar Harbor in the summer time only has paid street parking. While it is an option, it can be very hard to come by. The best option is staying at a hotel within the downtown area and walking everywhere.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, formal attire please! Dresses knee length or longer and suits. Please avoid colors reserved for the bride and the bridal party such as white, cream, and light green.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only attend if your name had been RSVP’d for. We have a strict headcount for our venue and want to make sure we have exactly enough room. However, if you would like to request any additional guests please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do!

What’s the weather like in Maine?

Answer

The summer is the best part of the year in coastal Maine! Temperatures are usually around 75°F-80°F in July with plentiful sunshine. Pack accordingly and don’t forget sunscreen.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be indoors. They will be in the Holy Redeemer Church and the Bar Harbor Inn respectively.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Since Morgan is the poster child for food allergies and intolerances there will be tons of restriction friendly food! If you have any concerns please feel free to reach out to us.
