Due to limited reception space, this will be an adults only event. We love all your littles, and they are more than welcome to come to Tucson for the weekend. The wedding and reception are both on the property of the hotel, and we are happy to recommend babysitters in the area.
Due to the limited capacity of the venue, please only bring those who are named on the invitation.
For all guests traveling to in for the wedding, we will have a shuttle from the Hilton El Conquistador to the welcome party. On the wedding day, all events will be occurring on the property of the Hilton El Conquistador, so it will be an easy walk from the accommodations. There will also be parking available for guests who are not staying on site.
The dress code is western formal. It is a formal affair, so we expect everyone to be in dresses and suits, but you are welcome to lean into the southwestern setting with boots, bolo ties, and hats.
For those of you coming in from out of town, we'll be having a welcome party. This is a theme party, and the theme is denim and diamonds. This means you are expected to wear all denim, and you are welcome to add some sequins. It is a theme party, so feel free to dress ridiculous - the more ridiculous the better!
