The Wedding Website of Nicholas Baulch and Caitlin Baulch
For those that are flying into town, we've recommended a few airports below. We’ve elected to keep our same downtown Madison hotel blocks as it is the best part about being in Madison (see below for how to get from downtown to the ceremony/reception). If you would like to lodge closer to the event, there are some options near Deforest and Sun Prairie. There are a few options for getting to the ceremony and reception. Harvest Moon Pond has plenty of parking if you have a car, and you can leave it overnight until 9 AM Sunday if necessary. We will also be providing bus transportation. There will be one or two pick up times before the ceremony at the Concourse hotel, and three options for leaving back to downtown at the end of your night. Please indicate on your RSVP that you are interested in taking advantage of the bus, and we will have more details closer to the event.

Flight

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

This is the most convenient way to fly into Madison. Although it's only 13 gates, there are many flight options through American, United, and Delta (including direct flights from hubs like Atlanta, LA, Reagan (DC), and Detroit). The airport is a short Uber/Lyft or drive downtown and many of the hotels have shuttles to and from the airport.

Flight

General Mitchell Airport (MKE)

Milwaukee is another great option to fly into Wisconsin as it is a larger airport servicing more airlines (Southwest, United, American, Alaska, Frontier, and more). It is about an hour and a half drive from Madison, with bus options through Badger Bus. Buses run every 2 hours. $46/person round-trip. Buy tickets ahead at: https://www.badgerbus.com/tickets. Pick the round-trip option from "Milwaukee Airport (MKE)" to "Madison - UW Campus stop - Langdon St'.

Flight

Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD)

This is the largest option for getting to Madison, with the most airlines and non-stop destinations. However, it is also the farthest from Madison. It is about a 3 hour bus ride to downtown Madison through Van Galder buses. $60/person round-trip. Buy tickets ahead at: https://web.coachusa.com/vangalder/ss.ohareairport.asp and select the "Chicago, IL-O'Hare Airport Bus Shuttle Center" to "Madison, WI-UW Campus @ Langdon and Park" option.
