The hotel and venue are located across the street from one another. The hotel block is now open and guests are able to reserve their rooms in the hotel block. Guests are encouraged to book their rooms as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please note that the check in time for the hotel is 4:00 PM. The hotel is unlikely to accommodate an early check in. Guests can try to reserve priority early check-in during their initial reservation by selecting the "Early Check-In" option and agreeing to a fee of $50 at the time of check-in, which will be imposed if the hotel is able to accommodate this request. Since the ceremony is set to begin at 2:00 PM, if you would like to access your hotel room prior to the ceremony, we would encourage you to book a room at the hotel for the night before the wedding on Friday, September 19, 2025.
