When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by no later than Saturday, August 9, 2025.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) and Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. Invited guests will be specifically named on the save the date and invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the welcome party?

Answer

The welcome party will kick off the weekend festivities on the Friday night before the wedding. Please navigate to the “Schedule” page for more information.

Will there be transporation between the hotel and the welcome party venue?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle between the hotel and the welcome party venue beginning at 6:45 PM and running every thirty minutes until 11:45 PM.

Will there be transporation between the hotel and the wedding venue?

Answer

There is actually no need, as the hotel and the wedding venue are located directly across the street from one another.

Is there parking available at the welcome party venue, church, hotel, and wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. For the welcome party, parking is available at the nearby State Street Parking Garage located at 191 River Street, Troy, NY 12180. For the ceremony, there is plentiful parking in the church parking lot. For the reception, there is plentiful parking both in the wedding venue parking lot, as well as in the hotel parking lot, which are located across the street from one another.

The dress code for the wedding is formal / black tie optional.

What color will the wedding party be wearing?

The wedding party will be wearing navy.

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Answer

Yes. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you submit your RSVP and please let your server know on the evening of the wedding. We will ensure there are food options for all guests.

Answer

Yes. There will be an open bar for the cocktail hour, reception, and after party.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will be missed dearly! If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
