Details: The welcome party is a three minute drive or a ten minute walk from the hotel. There will be a shuttle between the hotel and the welcome party venue beginning at 6:45 PM and running every thirty minutes until 11:45 PM. Alternatively, parking for the welcome party is available at the State Street Parking Garage located at 191 River Street, Troy, NY 12180.
